I will admit to being a peanut butter purist. Kelly promised I would like these as much as peanut butter cookies, if I liked almond. She was sooo right. These have a beautiful sublime almond flavor and sweetness. Nothing like a peanut butter cookie, but altogether something just as awesome.
The fact they have 0 sugar and are keto and gluten free that’s just amazing given how great they taste.
